Job Summary The Program Manager serves as a liaison between Burroughs Sales, Account Management, and Operations functions, providing presales assistance such as completion of RFPs and field and supplychain capabilities, ensuring readiness to support new business. The Program Manager may also interface with thirdparty partner companies to facilitate the development of new service offerings. Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities Strategic vision and objectives: plan and execute program initiatives that enable desired business outcomes. Program planning and execution: lead the creation of the program management plan and oversee all program activities/milestones through execution, including managing risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions. People leadership: manage programlevel resources and influence crossfunctional teams (Business, IT, Vendors, Project and Scheduling resources), holding them accountable to overall delivery (budget, timeline, scope, change management). Change management: identify and support applicable change initiatives across impacted stakeholders. Stakeholder management: communicate with key stakeholders across the program and senior/executive levels to ensure alignment. Vendor management: partner with vendors on all program management activities and deliverables for planning, execution, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions. Report on program financials. Attend weekly sales meetings to provide updates on sales activity and pending deals. Maintain lists of prospective and signed deals, and status of Operations readiness activities. Conduct weekly calls with Operations Management to notify field and supply chain of prospective and newly signed deals, and to monitor operations readiness status. Engage with other departments as required to meet objectives for onboarding new business. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Mostly a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop, and cell phone. Attention to detail and thoroughness. Education and Experience Minimum of 35 years of experience. College degree or equivalent job experience. Prior customer service or equivalent problemsolving experience required. Thorough understanding of deployment, tracking, reporting, and billing processes for multistate services business preferred. Standard Microsoft applications (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred. Salary range: $87K to $140K (depending on relevant experience).
