Our modern facilities include a Birth Unit, Midwiferyled models of care, Antenatal and Postnatal services, and access to Neonatal ICU. Role Overview We are expanding our Casual Midwifery Pool and are seeking passionate, dedicated Registered Midwives who are committed to providing exceptional care to women, babies and families across the continuum of maternity services. As a member of the casual pool, you will have the flexibility to work across a variety of Midwifery settings based on service needs and your clinical experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to balance your lifestyle while contributing to a highperforming team and maintaining your clinical skills in a supportive environment. Areas may include: Antenatal Clinic, Birth Unit, Postnatal Ward, Midwifery Assessment Unit and Midwiferyled models of care (as appropriate). You will bring to this role the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, excellent communication skills and a commitment to womancentred, culturally safe care and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. Required Qualifications and Attributes Current registration as a Registered Midwife Division 1 with AHPRA. Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in Midwifery. Demonstrated capacity to provide effective nursing/midwifery care that is personcentred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work. Demonstrated effective communications written and verbal skills. Demonstrated commitment to professional development. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to work a flexible roster, day, evening or night shift across all days of the week according to the unit or team requirements.
