What you will be doing In this role, your primary responsibilities will include: Maintain our leadership development program for our people leaders Lead the implementation and debriefs of our engagement surveys and support organisational change outcomes from feedback Further develop the capability framework to intersect with workforce planning and our People Strategy Be an active and willing team member of the organisational development team by participating in functional activities to support our LMS, gender equality and other inclusion activities. What we are looking for Demonstrated experience supporting employee Learning and Development Experience in leading and communicating staff engagement programs A strong working knowledge in developing capability frameworks A customer focused professional with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders. An excellent communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of the business, both verbally and in writing. Flexible and able to deliver in an environment with changing priorities and competing tasks. Strong MS Office skills - Word, Excel and Powerpoint Tertiary qualified with effective writing skills and attention to detail.
