Vacancy for Collection Systems Project Officer at National Museum of AustraliaVacancy for Collection Systems Project Officer at National Museum of Australia17 August 2025Canberra, Australia$84,228.00 - $91,809.00Full-TimeThe Museum has an exciting opportunity for a professional to join the Collection Platforms Business Unit, providing high quality project support to Museum staff in the use and development of its collection management systems.This position plays a critical role in the coordination and operation of the Museums Collection Systems, particularly through providing project support and coordination, technical development and documentation, scheduling and user support and training for the Collection Management System (currently EMu) and Digital Asset Management System (currently Piction). You will equip Museum staff with skills in both general use and specific business processes. You will also develop and maintain associated training documentation including manuals and data entry guidelines.You will work with internal stakeholders to solve problem issues using technical skills and enhance the systems to improve business processes and efficiencies. You will also assist with data cleaning and work associated with data migration and systems upgrades, and the publication of records onto the Museums online catalogue, Collection Explorer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
