Job Description Elysia Wellness Retreat, located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, is seeking enthusiastic Guest Service Agents to join our welcoming team. Be the first point of contact for our guests and help deliver exceptional, wellnessfocused experiences. About The Role As a Guest Service Agent, youll provide friendly, professional service at the front desk, assisting with checkins, checkouts, and guest enquiries. Youll play a key role in creating memorable experiences in a serene retreat environment.
