We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our in-house culinary operations within our dynamic advertising agency. This role combines culinary excellence with creative collaboration, supporting everything from day-to-day staff meals to high-profile client events, photo shoots, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is innovative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Culinary Leadership Develop and execute high-quality menus for daily staff meals, agency events, client meetings, and special productions. Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency. Train, lead, and schedule kitchen team members to maintain high performance and efficiency. Creative Collaboration Work closely with creative, production, and experiential teams to conceptualize food elements that support campaign themes, brand storytelling, and immersive events. Participate in brainstorming sessions to inspire food-related concepts for shoots, video productions, and client pitches. Create visually compelling dishes for photography, content creation, and promotional materials. Operations & Management Manage food sourcing, vendor relationships, and inventory with a focus on quality, seasonality, and sustainability. Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Oversee budgeting, cost control, and purchasing to meet financial targets. Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are always organized, clean, and client-ready. Event Support Plan and execute catering for agency functions, influencer events, client presentations, and on-site or off-site brand activations. Work with event teams to develop menus that enhance the guest experience and align with event objectives.
