About the Roles We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for 2 Intermediate Accountants & a Senior Accountant due to our ongoing growth. As a key members of our team, you will collaborate closely with Client Services Managers, Partners & Principals to deliver exceptional solutions for our clients. These roles offer unique opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients and industries. Assist with Business Advisory services Communicating with clients and other relevant stakeholders Reconciling accounts Assist with content preparation including researching articles and papers Assist managers to provide clients with proactive, timely and accurate services. Prepare and review BAS, financial statements and tax returns Regularly review and analyse clients'' business performance, including cash flow and management reporting. Provide solutions for taxation, business structures, and cash flow management. Prepare and review tax returns and activity statements. Mentor Junior and Intermediate team members. Finalise group accounts and tax returns to a high standard. Identify and address business and tax risks. Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Support Partners and Principals in client solutions. Engage in business development activities. Identify and solve accounting issues. Why Join Us? About You You are a problem-solver with a passion for achieving great outcomes for clients. You bring: CA or CPA qualification (or near completion) or studying at University with experience either within a professional practice or commerce A can-do attitude, open mind and willingness to learn High level of personal responsibility and reliability Attention to detail, accuracy and organisation Confident and effective written and verbal communication Cheerful, friendly and professional disposition Initiative and the ability to work autonomously but operate from a team mindset Discipline and time management skills Proficiency in the use of Microsoft products Advanced experience with accounting packages (Xero, MYOB, QB etc) At Brentnalls SA, we value individuals who are enthusiastic about their lives outside of work.
