The Role The Customer Experience Partner will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences from initial contact through postpurchase support. You will serve as a vital link between the company and our customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Joining our rapidly expanding team offers significant opportunities for growth. Special Requirement This team operates 24/7, and were seeking someone who is comfortable and enthusiastic about working within this schedule. 5 days a week role, based in the Head Office, Adelaide. Responsibilities You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from customers, providing accurate information and responding to inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Youll resolve customer issues by offering effective solutions or escalating them to the appropriate team when needed, all while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service. Youll document customer interactions, follow up on outstanding queries, and continuously update your knowledge of company products, services, and policies to ensure youre always providing customers with the most accurate and helpful support. Excellent communication skills are essential for the position. This includes the ability to speak clearly and professionally, listen actively, and convey information accurately and effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment. Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to think creatively to resolve customer queries. Ability to work independently with a collaborative and proactive approach to work. Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
