Come be part of a team where your skills truly make a difference! ABOUT THE ROLES Station Hands A hands-on role where no two days are the same! Youll be responsible for day-to-day station operations, including cattle handling, bore runs, machinery operation, fencing, and general property maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being active, and contributing directly to the success of the property. Leading Hand A step up from the Station Hand role, the Leading Hand takes on all hands-on duties while also supporting the Property Manager in team leadership, training, livestock programs, and overall station coordination. Youll play a key role in guiding operations and staff, stepping in to lead when the Property Manager is away, and ensuring the station runs smoothly every day.
