You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager on the delivery of activation plans to the field sales teams.Engaging with several different stakeholders from Brand teams, Customer Marketing to the Sales teams they coordinate to ensure plans are executed on time, in full. Other duties include coordinating the day-to-day management of the Field Sales teams.Just like our iconic brands we can offer you a career with a perfect blend of benefits, career opportunities, ethical responsibility all mixed with our culture of conviviality.This is a great opportunity to join a global company, not only with a portfolio of iconic brands, but with a leadership team who drive the agenda on career development, empowering you to reach your full potential.Your responsibilities include:Supporting the Customer Marketing team with various components of the field activation plans.Providing administrative support to dedicated Field sales teamsSupporting the Sales Operations Manager with the delivery of all toolkit requirements for the Field Sales teamsBe across all details of the activation calendar and communicating specific information in relation to activity to the Sales TeamsAssisting the Sales Operations team in bringing together the Annual conferences and Quarterly sales meetings s (and State based) eventsYour collective spirit of TalentAs well as having a passion for challenge and being fiercely authentic, you will also bring:Experience in strong administration skills or sales support roleProven experience using Sales Force or other CRM toolsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to confidently prioritise tasks with conflicting deadlinesResourcefulness paired with a knack for problem-solvingThe willingness to learn from a passionate team to kick-start your career in Sales!If you want to work for a Business with a soul who are connected beyond borders, then press apply now and submit a formal application!
