OverviewGraduate - Construction Engineering Drafter. Join to apply for the Graduate - Construction Engineering Drafter role at BG&E.ResponsibilitiesTechnical reporting.Coordinating with other engineering disciplines and actively participating in interdisciplinary workshops as required.Liaison with Consultants and Contractors as required to manage projects.Assisting with marketing and promotion of BG&E including submission of proposals.Preparation of construction documentation and specifications.Construction support including response to RFIs and attending meetings.Writing proposals and reports.Directly contacting clients.Visiting sites for inspections.Scoping of projects.Project Engineering and Project Management activities.Construction Engineering-based project work.About YouRelevant tertiary qualifications in Civil and/or Structural Engineering.Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of the MS Office suite of tools is essential; experience using AutoCAD or similar modelling tools beneficial.A strong desire to learn and solve problems in a team context.The ability to multi-task and self-prioritize workload.High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.About BG&EBG&E is an employee-owned global engineering consultancy with more than half a century of experience.
