With a robust client base and no need for business development, theyre seeking an experienced Technical Structural Design Lead to guide and mentor their capable engineering team in a parttime, lowstress role. Why This Role Exists The team is strong, talented, and motivated but has a gap at the Principal/Technical Director level. Theyre looking for someone who brings that depth of experience, steady judgement, and technical assurance that only time in the industry provides. This is not a role to grow the business. Its a role to grow the engineers. The Opportunity As the Technical Structural Design Lead, youll step into a role centred around technical excellence, oversight and mentoring without the heavy hours, admin load, or BD expectations that typically come with senior leadership roles. Youll be the goto senior technical voice in the office, ensuring quality and helping shape the next generation of engineers.
