As the Site Supervisor you will lead a team of 4-8 electricians on various commercial projects throughout Sydney while also working on the tools.About the CompanyThis National Electrical Contractor has been growing rapidly in NSW and is catching up with their VIC & QLD counterparts. The size and scale of their projects has almost doubled in 3 years, and they are now looking to bring on a number of superstars across their electrical business; this makes them a competitive player in the electrical contracting industry, offering reliable and comprehensive solutions backed by decades of experience and industry certifications.About YouExperienced licensed electrician with a minimum of 4 years supervising teamsCommercial experience - Schools, hospitals, retail, clubs, pubs etcExcellent attitude to safetyEnjoys problem-solvingSkilled in managing subcontractors and coordinating tradesand building strong client relationshipsFull drivers licenseHappy to be on the tools 30%-40% of the time ( depends on the project)What Youll be DoingLead a team of 4-8 electriciansReport project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality when required.Supervise small to medium commercial projects between $2M-$4MOversee apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work$60/hour + super + vehicle / $130,000 + superProject manager and a junior electrical engineer position also available!
