Maurice Blackburn, experience you can count on.Job DescriptionJoin our Work Injuries team in our Dandenong office as a Lawyer/Associate on a full-time, permanent basis. In joining the team, you will become part of our experienced group of specialised Lawyers who are passionate about extending justice to everyone who needs it. A key focus of this role will be to provide a seamless client experience, supporting our clients to get favourable outcomes.We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent, client-focused Lawyer/Associate with Work Cover experience. You will have sound legal technical skills and be experienced in managing your own file load, with demonstrated decision making and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:Meeting with clients, and taking instructionsReview and analysis of recordsDrafting written communications to clientsBriefing medical experts, and allied health professionalsDrafting court documentsAttending court for procedural hearingsBriefing and liaising with barristersQualificationsWe are looking for those with a strong client focus, that approach each client with compassion and empathy along with your drive to get the very best outcomes for our clients.
