About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our early learning centre. In this senior leadership position, you will oversee daytoday operations, manage a dedicated team of educators, and foster a safe, enriching, and nurturing environment for children and families. You will be responsible for guiding curriculum development, maintaining regulatory compliance, building strong community relationships, and driving continuous improvement in educational quality. Oversee enrolment, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations. Develop and maintain educational programs aligned with developmental best practices and regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with all childcare licensing, health, and safety regulations. Manage the centres financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with families, the local community, and other stakeholders. Lead centre evaluations, continuous improvement initiatives, and staff performance reviews. Represent the centre professionally through community outreach, events, and partnerships. What We''re Looking For Diploma or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Several years of experience in early childhood education, preferably with leadership or management responsibilities. Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning curriculum. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment for staff, children, and families. Sound financial management skills, including budgeting and resource planning.
