Our opportunity We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our Childcare Centre. Guiding and nurturing our children and team we know that you play a crucial role driving both educational outcomes and business success. About you Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Centre Director/Manager or in a senior leadership role within a childcare setting. Qualification: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher). Skills: Strong people management skills, ability to inspire and motivate a team, passion for early childhood education, genuine commitment to creating a respectful, nurturing and inclusive environment, and strong ability to build and grow a positive reputation within the local community. Your role as the Centre Manager Build a supportive and collaborative environment where team members can thrive. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Oversee budgets and centre costs, identifying opportunities for growth, improving operational systems, and leading the Centre towards increased occupancy and financial sustainability. Maintain a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements ensuring the centre remains fully compliant with all relevant legislation. Deliver a high-quality educational program striving for best practice and continuous improvement. Optimise staffing through strategic rostering, ensuring the right people are in the right places. Develop professional and positive relationships with families. Champion a strong safety culture, implementing processes to ensure safety risks are managed.
