Psychiatrist Child Youth & Adolescent (Specialist Consultant Psychiatrist C/A) Location: Central North Queensland, Central North QLD Hospital a 305bed primary referral center serving a population of over 250,000. We are seeking a Specialist Consultant Psychiatrist C/A to provide clinical expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, investigation and management of patients over 18 with complex mental health problems. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, investigate and manage adult patients with complex mental health conditions. Provide expert clinical advice within the hospital and broader health services. Qualifications & Requirements Registration or eligibility for registration as a Specialist in Psychiatry with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA). Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $214,897 $227,843 per annum (L25L27) or $179,703 $208,735 per annum (L18L24). Includes up to 12.75% employer superannuation contribution, 17.5% annual leave loading and salary packaging. Professional Development Leave 3.6 weeks per annum.
