We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors.Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.About the OpportunityWe are looking for Geotechnical Engineers to join our NSW Civil Infrastructure team, working across a diverse portfolio of complex infrastructure projects in Sydney/Greater Sydney and Regional NSW.In this role, you''ll be responsible for supporting our delivery teams with geotechnical investigations, assessments and site inspections. This is a pivotal technical role where your expertise in earthworks and pavements will directly contribute to the success and quality of our construction outcomes.Were seeking someone who meets the below qualifications and is motivated to play a key role in delivering public infrastructure that serves communities for generations.What Youll Bring to the TeamChartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with membership of Engineers Australia, orEquivalent registration such as NPER in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focusMinimum 5 years'' experience in geotechnical engineeringStrong understanding of geotechnical assessment of earthworks and pavementsAvailability to attend and lead on-site geotechnical inspections as requiredExcellent communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teamsStrong technical report writing and analysis capabilitiesWhy You Should Work With UsOur people are what make Abergeldie successful, and we make sure that this is the kind of place where great people enjoy working for the long term.
