About the Role The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management and administration of our centre. This role ensures compliance with all regulations and standards while delivering high-quality education and care to children. The Centre Manager leads and supports the team of educators and staff, engages with families and the community, and oversees the centre''s daily operations. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Manage enrolments, maintain accurate records, and handle administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and all regulatory and legal requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child''s progress and addressing any concerns. Organize and participate in community events and activities to promote the centre and engage with the local community. Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children and staff, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures. Implement continuous improvement practices to maintain and enhance the quality of care and education. Exemplify leadership in both attitude and behavior, not just in title. Be prepared to drive and lead innovative and unique programming and practices for team members. Experience Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (can be studying towards).
