Joining the team as a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be provided with all the tools, support, and training to set you up to succeed in your career. Job Description Join a dynamic, passionate and tight knit Morwell team. You will make a valuable contribution as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This is a great opportunity to work across the South East region including Warragul, Morwell, and nearby areas. Responsibilities Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks) Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals and completing a variety of assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology Full ASORC Membership or Provisional or Full AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain We accept applications if you have completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and can assist in obtaining Associate ASORC membership and supervision to full ASORC Membership Experience in Occupational and/or Vocational Rehabilitation is highly desirable A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers Current driver licence and motor vehicle Additional Information Every day, we seek better together, for our clients, our customers, our community and each other.
