Community Accessability provides specialized transport services, community, and home-based care services to people with disabilities and frail-aged people in metropolitan and regional Victoria, and southern NSW. The People & Culture Manager Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Location: Ideally based in Wodonga, though other locations possible some travel involved Work type: Full Time - Permanent Ongoing Flexibility & NFP Tax-free Salary Packaging Benefits Responsibilities Provide strategic and handson leadership in design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of human resource frameworks, systems, practices, policies, and activities Partner with the Service Delivery and Executive teams to deliver on workforce planning, change management, and employee case management Contribute to a safetyfirst, highperformance culture that aides our expanding portfolio of capabilities and services footprint Coach and support people leaders and employees in developing their leadership and management capabilities Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business, or other relevant disciplines; or equivalent skills and experience Demonstrated experience working as a senior business partner or HR executive Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, employment legislation, and experience in interpreting and applying awards, agreements, policies, procedures, and other industrial instruments Experience with the SCHADS Award is desirable Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and capacity for skilled use of data to inform decisions and depict results Interested?
