We work with individuals, job service providers, and businesses to provide tailored training programs.The roleWere looking for a bright and organised Training Coordinator to join our Adelaide office. Youll be the first point of contact for trainers, students and coordinators, helping courses in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care and more run smoothly from start to finish.What youll doCoordinate accredited and non-accredited courses, from enrolment to completionSupport trainers with scheduling, resources and student progressConduct pre-training reviews, testing, and eligibility checks for prospective studentsUse systems such as VETtrak (SMS) and Canvas (LMS)Build and maintain strong relationships with students, trainers and community partnersWhile based in Adelaide, youll be part of a national team of coordinators who work closely together. Youll have plenty of support, knowledge sharing, and guidance from experienced colleagues youll never feel like youre working alone.About youYoure organised, approachable, and a natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and support both trainers and students. Experience in the VET sector or people-focused roles (like retail management or training) is highly valued.
