Youll play a key role in supervising junior staff, training new team members, and maintaining a high standard of service across both the Kiosk and Bistro.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare high-volume, consistently high-quality coffeeLead the barista station while supporting a collaborative team cultureProvide outstanding service to members and guestsAssist the Venue Manager in supervising daily operations across front-of-houseSupport with onboarding and training new staffSupervise junior team members and provide on-the-job guidanceMaintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked service areaAccurately take orders and process transactionsAssist with basic food preparation and onsite functionsHelp manage stock levels and ordering for beveragesAbout YouAt least 12 months experience working as a baristaConfident in fast-paced service with strong attention to detail latte art a plusComfortable supervising and supporting a small teamGreat communicator with a proactive attitudeWell-presented, reliable, and efficientHolds a current NSW RSA and valid Australian working rightsAble to commit to a minimum of 6 monthsTo apply online, please click on the appropriate link below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
