We are looking for someone who is willing to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment.As the Finishes Foreman you will posses strong communication skills as you will be working alongside a team of high performing professionals in particular, the Site and Project Manager.What are we looking for?Infinity is seeking a Finishes Foreman in Oran Park where you will report to the Site Manager and work collaboratively with the project team and other associated partners.A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:Minimum of 5 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor as a Finishes Foreperson.Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methodsAbility to work within company policies and procedures, health & safety regulations, legislation.Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the team and subcontractors.Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standardsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.Employee of the month cash prize and employee of the year program winner for 2 x Business Class tickets anywhere around the world!Stable and full-time permanent opportunity with a strong pipeline of works.Gain experience working alongside industry professionals.Ongoing rewards and recognition programsOur CompanyInfinity Constructions is an established Tier 2 Builder that has been operating within the Sydney and Melbourne over the last 30 years.
