The network provides our staff with access to a collegiate and connected network of other legal professionals and resources.Key responsibilitiesYou will:Take instructions from clients and prepare simple through to moderately complex wills.Manage and administer estates through the probate process, working with executors, trustees, and beneficiaries to ensure proper distribution of assets.Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and understood throughout their matter.Assist as needed with reception and answering telephone calls.The experience we are looking forThe ideal candidate will have:3+ years experience as a paralegal.Experience managing and administering estates through the probate process.Experience taking instructions and drafting wills. This is highly desirable, though not essential.
