Were big on team, fun, and family, and were looking for someone who shares those values to join us as our new Crewing Coordinator .In this role, youll be the go-to person for coordinating our amazing AV crew full-time and casual across the three key parts of our business:Port Melbourne Office & WarehouseZinc In-HouseWhat youll be doing:Scheduling full-time and casual staff across audio, video, and lighting for all events.Coordinating all aspects of crew requirements, fromprepping/de-prepping,bump ins/setups,show operates, through tobump outs/packdowns.Sourcing and inducting new casual staff and helping grow our extended crew family.Keeping staff updated on company policies and procedures.Occasionally rolling up your sleeves to support the team in the warehouse or on-site (were all hands-on here!).What were looking for:This is a challenging role so we need a motivated, adaptable, and highly organised individual who thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing live events environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.A solid understanding of, or experience in, professional audio-visual environments.Previous experience in a crewing or operations role (with existing crew contacts a big plus!).Good computer skills experience with CrewCard or Personnel Manager is a bonus.A current drivers licence, forklift licence, and/or White Card (WHS qualification) are all advantages.Why youll love working with us:Be part of a supportive, fun, and close-knit team.Work on being a part of exciting AV projects across Melbourne.An opportunity to grow with a company that values family and people first.Salary is above award and commensurate with experience,One of the best Overtime and Time in Lieu structures in the AV IndustryThis role will require some work outside normal business hours (thats the nature of live events), but it also comes with the reward of seeing incredible events come to life.If this sounds like you, wed love to hear from you.
