As Australias leading heart health charity, the Heart Foundation is committed to reducing the impact of heart disease through research, prevention, and support. This full-time, permanent role is responsible for developing and growing corporate partnerships across Western Australia. Reporting to the WA General Manager, youll work closely with local and national teams to build strong, purpose-led partnerships that deliver real impact.This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven and commercially minded relationship-builder who thrives on connecting organisations with meaningful causes. The role offers flexibility, meaningful work, and the chance to be part of a team that truly values purpose and collaboration.What You''ll Be DoingDriving the acquisition, retention, and growth of WA-based corporate partnershipsResearching and targeting organisations aligned with the organisations missionDeveloping compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business cases for supportImplementing a WA-specific partnership strategy and annual business planLeading local engagement events to strengthen corporate relationshipsForecasting revenue, tracking pipeline activity, and providing monthly performance reportsCollaborating with national teams to ensure an aligned strategy and consistent partnership deliveryWorking with internal stakeholders (marketing, research, programs) to support partnership goalsActing as the main point of contact for WA-based partners and prospectsSupporting negotiations and securing long-term, high-value commitmentsWhat You''ll BringProven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or B2B relationship managementA solid understanding of CSR, cause marketing, and fundraising in the not-for-profit or commercial sectorStrong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentationsConfidence in networking, negotiating, and building trust with senior stakeholdersHigh-level organisational skills and attention to detailExperience with forecasting, reporting, and CRM or pipeline managementA collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionallyPassion for community health and driving meaningful outcomesFlexibility to attend occasional after-hours events or meetings, and travel as requiredWhy Join Us?At our heart, we are driven by purpose.
