Assistant Store Manager Supercheap Auto Rutherford Were looking for a driven and handson Assistant Store Manager to join our very experienced team at SCA Rutherford. With 12 team members and a supportive Store Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career. Youll lead by example, take accountability, and play a key role in store operations. The roster is flexible, with a 1in3 weekend rotation, and the team is open to development and growth. Responsibilities & Qualifications Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, highperforming team. Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the super well deliver the auto. Operational knowhow in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting. Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
