The group is a recognised leader in providing quality engineered systems and advanced industrial products and solutions to sectors such as Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, Agriculture, and Transport.About the Role:This is a key standalone HR role reporting directly to the Managing Director. Youll act as a trusted advisor, coach, and strategic partner to business leadersdelivering practical, solutions-focused support across the full employee lifecycle. In a time of exciting transformation and growth, this role will be pivotal in shaping and integrating HR policies, practices, and strategies that align with both business objectives and our people-first philosophy.Key Responsibilities:Partner with leaders to execute the SKF People Strategy and foster a high-performance cultureLead and implement HR initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, engagement, and succession planningProvide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and industrial relationsSupport end to end recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention activities across the organisationMaintain and enhance HR policies, systems, and processes to ensure compliance and efficiencyCoordinate remuneration reviews, job evaluations, and employee benefits programsLead HR reporting and analytics, using data insights to inform business decisionsRole model JSGs values and contribute to a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) and environmental standardsAbout You:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline5+ years'' generalist HR experience in corporate, industrial, or site-based environmentsProven ability to coach leaders, manage ER/IR matters, and lead through changeSkilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and navigating matrixed organisationsStrong working knowledge of employment legislation, Fair Work, and HR best practicesHigh level of professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindsetWhy Join Us?At JSG, we live our values: Respect, Integrity, Discipline, Humility, Self-Motivation, Collaboration, and Truth.
