From October to January each year, Ascot Racecourse comes alivewith some of our biggest race day events, including the Melbourne Cup, The Pinnacles and Perth Cup. PRS has also been providing premium security and event services for many regional race clubs and other events throughout WA since 2005. We are currently seeking Event staff who have experience in Ticket Selling, and Entry Staff at the turnstiles for the 2025-26 Ascot Racing Carnival commencing on 11 October 2025. Cultural diversity is valued & supported About the Role Reporting to the Security Management team or delegate you will be working with a professional and dynamic group of people to provide an exceptional level of customer service to our patrons and clients. Event Staff Oversee the facilitation of patron, vehicle and equineingress. Respond to customer enquiries including distribution of tickets for functions Accurately records attendance figures Accurate and efficient cash handling Provide high level of customer service.
