You: Minimum 35 years experience in a professional environment Minimum 12 months as a Sous Chef Able to work 5 days across a 7 day operation Hold a Cert IV in Commercial Cookery Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation You will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate.
