OverviewOur client is a trusted name in load-bearing permanent formwork solutions, delivering proprietary wall and framing systems to the Australian construction industry for almost 20 years. As demand grows, so does their need for a dedicated Mixer Operator to join their fast-paced manufacturing team.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor industrial mixers to blend raw materials per formulation and schedule.Ensure consistency and quality of mixed materials throughout production.Load and unload materials using forklifts or hoists.Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of mixing equipment.Record batch data, monitor processes, and report any variations.Assist in troubleshooting equipment or quality-related issues.Follow all safety, operational, and quality procedures.General machine operation, setup, and manual handling tasks.Experience in manufacturing or mixing roles (building materials/industrial preferred).Ability to follow batch instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Physically fit - capable of lifting up to 20kg comfortably.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.Clear communication skills (written and verbal).Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential).Willingness to work overtime when required.Must pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test.Essential RequirementsExperience in manufacturing or mixing roles (building materials/industrial preferred).Ability to follow batch instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Physically fit - capable of lifting up to 20kg comfortably.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.Clear communication skills (written and verbal).Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential).Willingness to work overtime when required.Must pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test.CompensationBase pay range: A$43.39/hr - A$43.39/hrApply Today!
