This position is classified as a Health Care Worker A. Evidence of immunisation history and any mandated government vaccinations must be provided prior to confirmed appointment unless otherwise medically exempt (evidence of medical exemption must be supplied).To be considered for Qualified, youll need to have:Certificate 3 in Individual Support/Aged Care/ Disability/ Home and Community Support (or equivalent qualification)Current First Aid and CPR certificate (must be kept up to date throughout your employment)Valid Working with Children CheckAbility to travel within our service delivery areaGood level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the roleCurrent Victorian Drivers LicenceOwnership of a registered and comprehensively insured vehicleSmartphone for work-related communicationThe ability to access and check emails using your own computerLatrobe Community Health Service complies with infectious disease control and immunisation requirements under legislation.
