This is a dynamic role that offers variety, flexibility, and exposure to multiple career pathways within a premium corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWarmly welcome clients, guests, and employees, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experienceMorning set up of office and showroom and closingManage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy including key bookings and queriesCoordinate meeting rooms, including technology setup, event support, and maintaining high standards of client engagementAssist with the maintenance and operation of in-house technology systemsManage the signing in and out of apartment keys and assisting our network of partner agentsAssist with adhoc administrative tasks including reporting as requiredFollow up overdue key bookingsManage reception lunch cover rosteringDeliver outstanding corporate hospitality, including beverage service, while fostering a customer-centric cultureQualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, concierge, or front-of-house roles within a professional services or premium hospitality environmentConfident in setting up and troubleshooting meeting room technologyAbility to manage incoming calls and queries and coordinating multiple meeting room calendarsImpeccable personal presentation and communication skillsboth verbal and writtenAdditional InformationThis is a part-time role with flexible scheduling.
