Responsibilities Provide Exceptional customer service skills focused on exceeding patient expectations. Commit to achieving optimal patient outcomes through the use of effective clinical knowledge and professional standards of practice. Apply clinical practice that ensures and promotes a safe environment for optimal patient health. Effectively and accurately exchange, retrieve and manage information relevant to your role. Exercise authority through appropriate decision making. Apply sound knowledge of principles of clinical and workplace risk management, including incident management. What makes a difference for us? Minimum of 2 years experience in Critical Care/ICU. Cardiac Experience highly desirable. Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship. An ability to coordinate and prioritise your wards clinical load. Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements. A keen interest in leadership. Ability to work 24/7 rotating roster. Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospital infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment.
