Delivering facilities at scale, with multiple active sites and more launching, were seeking an experienced Site Manager for our $323 million GemLife Lighthouse Bay project in Burnett Heads. Were preparing to launch this exciting new site late 2025 / early 2026 and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced residential construction Site Manager to join the team from day one. This is your chance to be part of something bigger than just another construction site youll be building places that enhance lives and create communities About The Role Youll take the lead on site, managing a team of labourers, plant operators, and contractors to deliver the 437 homes, $323 million lifestyle community, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is handson and dynamic, giving you the chance to drive real outcomes on the ground. Youll Manage A large scale site with years of construction ahead of us Multiple homes at multiple stages in one location Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion Youll be a confident decisionmaker, able to identify challenges early, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on track. Were looking for someone with a trade background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across site teams and contractors. If youre techsavvy, love problem solving, and get satisfaction from watching empty land transform into vibrant communities, this is the role for you. Trade qualification - preferably in carpentry QBCC Supervisor License is essential Extensive experience in residential construction - preferably production / high volume builds Strong people leadership, planning and communication skills WHS knowledge and commitment to safety Aptitude for project management and tech confidence A valid Drivers License Proactive, hands on approach - someone who leads from the front Why Join QA Build and GemLife?
