About The Role Diversity Council Australias (DCA) Education Team is instrumental in supporting DCAs strategic objectives to strengthen organisations by lifting their diversity and inclusion (D&I) capability. The Education Design & Delivery Manager is responsible for designing the education strategy ensuring relevance, responsiveness, alignment with member needs, compliance and latest D&I research. The Education Design and Delivery Manager will be responsible for designing, maintaining and delivering DCAs education programs. Working closely with our Research and Education teams, youll review and enhance existing programs, develop new learning resources, and oversee the growth of our e-Learning offering. Youll also facilitate workshops, engage external facilitators, and collaborate with members to ensure our programs stay relevant, evidence-based and impactful. Reporting to the Head of Education, you will work in a supportive hybrid working environment with access to a vibrant CBD co-working space in Sydney or Melbourne. In this role you will Design, develop and maintain DCAs education programs, ensuring content reflects the latest research, data and member needs. Translate DCA research outcomes into practical learning products and resources that support inclusive workplace practices. Manage and expand DCAs e-Learning program to enhance accessibility and engagement. Review, update and customise education materials in response to emerging trends, legislation and feedback. Develop user-friendly D&I resources such as toolkits, guidelines, checklists, templates and case studies. Deliver education programs to members and non-members, both virtually and in person. Recruit, train and support external facilitators, maintaining consistent quality and alignment with DCA standards. Collaborate with members and stakeholders to ensure programs meet learning needs and identify future opportunities. Represent DCA at events, conferences and other external forums. Contribute to organisational projects and reporting to support DCAs strategic and operational goals. Selection Criteria Skills Required: Interest and expertise in D&I. Specific expertise in any area of D&I (such as race, age, disability, intersectionality etc.) will be highly regarded. Interest and desire to continually learn about D&I through our own and external (national and global) events, research, resources and tools. Ability to translate research into practical tools for our membership base. Lived experience and subject matter expertise will be highly regarded. 5+ years developing and delivering learning and development programs Experience in the development and roll out of learning activities and content for adults. Experience in corporate or academic facilitation of education programs. Experience in developing and delivering programs on D&I topics. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for developing and delivering programs including MS Office suite, Asana, CRM systems, Canva, Adobe PDF, Mentimeter, Survey Monkey, and other systems.
