You will be our specialist investigator, responsible for diving deep into project schedules to forensically determine the cause, effect, and quantification of delays and disruptions. Your findings will form the backbone of highstakes commercial claims, dispute resolutions, and expert testimony. What You''ll Do Investigate & Analyze: Conduct indepth forensic schedule analysis (using methodologies like Time Impact Analysis, Windows Analysis, AsPlanned vs. AsBuilt) to pinpoint the root causes of project delays. Build the Case: Sift through all project documentationdaily reports, correspondence, change orders, and RFIsto find the evidence that substantiate delay events. Quantify & Report: Develop robust, evidencebased reports that clearly articulate complex findings. You will be instrumental in preparing and defending Extension of Time (EOT), disruption, and prolongation claims. Collaborate & Advise: Work closely with legal counsel, commercial managers, and project teams, providing your expert analysis to support negotiations, mediation, arbitration, or litigation. Master the Critical Path: Identify and track the project''s critical path(s), analyzing how and why they shifted throughout the project lifecycle. Train and develop What You Bring (Essential Skills) 7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with at least 2-3 years in a dedicated forensic delay analysis or claims role. Highly proficient in Primavera P6 A Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Deep knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
