Overview At Mars United, our Senior Account Managers play a pinnacle role in being the lead day to day contact for client accounts. You will work with senior team members to plan and execute activations from end to end with full responsibility on client communications across our core disciplines. Key Responsibilities Receiving and interpreting client briefs, leading internal briefings with cross functional team members Creating a proposal timeline, and holding all internal team members to proposal deadlines to ensure delivery on time, all the time Developing proposal creation, such as cost scoping, mood boards and crafting copy in some decks, as well as proofing proposals before presentations Planning the effective execution of a campaign from start to finish, striving to always deliver above client expectations on the agreed SOW within approved budget parameters Creating and leading strong client relationships through timely communication and delivery of quality project management, campaign execution and detailed reporting Preparing for and leading client WIPs, including creating WIP documents and hosting the meeting Writing studio briefs that are accurate to a clients feedback/requirements; and easy for studio to interpret and action accurately Proofing studio creations, ensuring it is to brief; with no spelling/grammar issues; and that the design is of a quality output Creation and review of all campaign reporting, working with our Data Analyst, to help craft a campaign story, as well as the presentation of these reports for your clients Owning & delivering all project finances including large scale estimates and monthly finance processes Regular reconciliation of your campaign budgets, ensuring budgets deliver on forecasted margins, working with suppliers to acquire competitive quotes and managing budget reconciliations Skills Required Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field Minimum of 5 years of commerce experience at a marketing or advertising agency inclusive of shopper, experiential, ecommerce and media.
