The Opportunity: Support the Maintenance Manager in planning, scheduling, and reliability initiatives. Help reduce reactive breakdowns by focusing on preventative maintenance and system improvements, while acting as the key link between tradespeople and management to ensure jobs are efficiently allocated, tracked, and completed. Key Responsibilities: Implement digital maintenance CMMS, stock control, and reporting. Support rootcause analysis, equipment reliability, and spareparts management. Lead & supervise the maintenance team to help drive best practices. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations promoting a safe working environment. About You: Tradequalified (Fitter, Boilermaker or Electrician) Experience with maintenance planning / reliability / CMMS. Confident communicator, decisive, consistent, and accountable.
