Team Manager Woolworths Group Apply for this handson leadership role in the Proactive Services team. About the Role At Woolies, the Proactive Services team ensures trolleys are available and stores remain pristine, enabling a hygienic environment for customers and colleagues. You will work sidebyside with your team to bring a little good to everyone, every day. What You Will Do Lead, coach, and develop a team within cleaning, trolley collection and waste support Create a roster for your team to ensure that all daily tasks and operations are covered Work with Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity and upcoming priorities Complete time and attendance activities for your team members, such as tracking hours, managing absences and ensuring compliance with company policy Order all consumables for your stores, such as cleaning supplies, and maintain these within a budget Provide handson contribution by performing core operational tasks alongside the team, providing direct support to ensure the smooth running of daytoday activities, including cleaning, trolley collection and waste management What You Will Bring An ambitious mindset, love of retail, and passion for people in a role with room to grow your career Flexibility to work in different environments such as shop floor, fridges, freezers and car parks A keen eye for cleanliness and details Physical fitness essential for this role, involving physically demanding tasks The ability to work with other Department Managers and Store Leadership Team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes Organised to ensure your team has all the equipment and supplies needed to work safely and efficiently Comfortable working with a regulated framework (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conduct, etc.) A valid full Australian drivers licence (Green Ps or full licence) essential as you may collect trolleys using our vehicles What You Will Experience Team discounts across Woolworths Group brands and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purposedriven work A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including 24/7 access to the Sonder app A progressive and competitive leave policy that gives you more space for what matters to you Endless Possibilities with Woolworths Group We are a proud part of the Woolworths Group 200,000+ bright minds, passionate hearts and unique perspectives working together.
