Working closely with our Optometrists, youll ensure a seamless blend of professional eye care and stylish eyewear. Key Responsibilities Oversee store operations, compliance, and performance standards Support your team to reach performance goals through genuine customer care, not pushy sales tactics. Manage rosters, budgets, and labour efficiency Provide handson support in-store, assisting with sales, service, and patient care Partner with Optometrists to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience Skills & Experience Were looking for a motivated and organised leader who thrives in a customerfocused environment and enjoys helping others succeed. Youll bring Previous leadership experience in retail (title isnt important - if youve coached people and driven results, we want to hear from you) Experience supporting or contributing to rosters, labour planning, or store performance - well help you grow your capability in these areas. A passion for delivering great customer experiences - well teach you the optical retail side. An interest in developing skills in decisionmaking, coaching, and team culture - we support your growth. No optical experience required - some of our best store leaders joined from outside the industry.
