Full Time, 35 hours per week Temporary up to 2 years Primary Work Location: Yanco Clerk Grade 7/8 Salary from $113,574 $125,720 per annum plus super and leave loading About The Role As the Traineeship Coordinator, you will facilitate and manage the Agriculture Traineeship program, ensuring its effective implementation. You''ll also contribute to developing and delivering high-quality agricultural training within Tocal College''s vocational program. Additionally, you will build and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions, industry, and peak bodies to keep the program current and valuable for employers and farm managers. About You As our ideal candidate, you will have: Excellent communication skills Experience liaising with rural industry employers and stakeholders Knowledge of key issues and industry priorities of regional agricultural areas Ability to coordinate and continually update agricultural training programs and addressing issues affecting regional agricultural industry.
