An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate General Manager of Operations (QLD) to join For Purpose Aged Care during an exciting phase of national growth. About the Role - This pivotal executive leadership role will shape and influence operational excellence and service delivery across our growing network of residences. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the General Manager of Operations is a key member of the management Team, responsible for overseeing operational performance across our Queensland residences, which currently include: Narangba, QLD Maryborough, QLD and future Queensland developments Youll ensure our homes consistently deliver high-quality care and services, operate efficiently, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of the aged care regulatory and accreditation frameworks. Exceptional people leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams. Proven ability to manage financial and operational performance across multiple services. Excellent planning, organisational, and change management skills. High-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong attention to detail and comfort with technology and data-driven decision making.
