We are recruiting a commercially minded General Manager to lead a prominent, diversified Family Office based in Shepparton, VIC.This is a senior appointment navigating legal structures, tax frameworks, and commercial negotiations for a large family group with significant property and investment holdings.Core ResponsibilitiesCommercial Leadership: Lead high-level commercial negotiations and oversee the performance of a diversified asset portfolio.Financial Control: Oversee all financial reporting, cash flow management, and capital allocation strategies.Family Advisory: Act as the trusted advisor to the board, translating complex financial/legal concepts into clear strategies.The Successful CandidateQualifications: Must hold a degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
