Gunlake''s Marulan Quarry is currently looking to recruit a Production Manager for our Night Shift Operations. Gunlake Quarries is based in Marulan NSW. This quarry produces a wide variety of premium bulk aggregates for concrete and the wider construction industries including some of the biggest infrastructure projects in NSW. The Gunlake Group are a proudly Australian owned, family company spanning five generations in the quarrying and concrete industry in Australia. We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Quarry Production Manager to join our team at Gunlake Quarries. In this important role, you will oversee night shift operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and consistent production performance. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all night shift quarry production activities, including extraction, crushing, stockpile management, and maintenance. Lead and supervise the night shift team, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Monitor production and quality standards, making adjustments as needed to maintain output. Conduct prestart meetings and toolbox talks, reinforcing safety and operational priorities. Perform regular inspections, identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime. Collaborate with day shift management to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of operations. Required Qualifications Previous experience in quarrying or heavy industry production management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage teams and meet production targets. We Offer Competitive remuneration.
