Outback Spirit Tours is seeking motivated hospitality allrounders to join our teams at remote Camps and Lodges across Western Australia, Queensland, and the Northern Territory. Thats where you come in ABOUT THE POSITIONS We have a range of rewarding opportunities for adaptable, enthusiastic team members who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy variety in their day. Some positions will begin in February, with the majority starting in April. Most Lodges and Camps are set to close in September, while a select few will extend until November. While were currently recruiting a large number of Camp/Lodge Attendants, were also seeking talented individuals with additional skills to fill a selection of specialised hybrid roles at some of our locations. Camp/Lodge Attendants (AllRounders) Our Attendants are the heartbeat of our operations, providing exceptional guest experiences across multiple areas: Provide exceptional food and beverage service Complete housekeeping and laundry duties to luxury standards Welcome and farewell guests with warmth and professionalism Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning as needed Maintain lodge and camp facilities, including vehicles and staff areas HYBRID POSITIONS Chef/Attendant Combine your culinary skills with a little extra variety: Perform all Camp/Lodge Attendant duties Cook for guests and staff when requiredSupport the Head Chef and cover days off Assist with menu planning, meal prep, and kitchen hygiene Wash dishes and ensure compliance with food safety standards Maintenance/Attendant Use your handson skills to keep our properties in top condition: Perform all Camp/Lodge Attendant duties Conduct minor maintenance and repairs (e.g. plumbing, lighting, fixtures) Assist with landscaping and general upkeep of the property and common areas Report and assist in diagnosing larger maintenance issues Carry out routine safety and equipment checks Nature Guide/Attendant Bring the Outback to life through storytelling and exploration: Perform all Camp/Lodge Attendant duties Lead safe, informative, and engaging guided tours Collaborate with Indigenous guides where applicable Share insights about native flora, fauna, and local history Safely drive guests to and from their destinations and excursions What will make you stand out to us? Many cannot be accessed by road instead, youll be flown to site from Darwin or Cairns via our private aviation network. Youll live and work onsite for the entirety of the season, typically 510 months, without regular access to nearby towns or cities.
