The Yates Horticulture and Agriculture (YH&A) team is seeking a highly driven Territory Sales Manager to champion growth across Southern QLD & Northern NSW. As our Territory Sales Manager, youll be at the forefront of delivering profitable sales growth and exceeding targets in your territory. Youll build strong relationships with growers, rural resellers, agronomists, and industry consultants, making YH&A the partner of choice for innovative growing solutions. This role is highly dynamic and primarily field-based, with the majority of your week spent (3 days) visiting customers across a large region spanning from Grafton, NSW to Emerald, QLD. It involves significant travel, including regular overnight stays, so were looking for someone energetic, handson, and ready to roll up their sleeves. A strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential.
