Assistant Store Manager - Liquorland - Pacific Pines Join Liquorland as an Assistant Store Manager and lead a diverse team to deliver memorable customer experiences. Description At Liquorland, youll work alongside the Store Manager to keep the store looking fantastic, build an awesome team, oversee inventory and create a welcoming vibe. Youll make a real impact with friendly service, helping Australians enjoy a wide range of local and imported brands. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain store presentation and cleanliness. Manage inventory, including liquor stock, visual merchandising, and visual appeal. Support team operations such as payroll, rostering and administrative tasks. Drive sales and store performance by setting and meeting store goals. Provide excellent customer service and create memorable experiences. About You and Your Skills Experience in fastpaced retail, hospitality or customerfacing environments. Social and enjoys engaging conversations with shoppers. Strong admin skills: payroll, rostering, inventory management. Motivated to hit store goals and boost sales.
