Youll work closely with internal teams and our partners at Manassen Foods to ensure seamless coordination and continuous improvement across all warehouse functions. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, oversee receiving and inspection, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment. Operational Efficiency: Streamline warehouse processes to reduce costs and improve productivity. Safety & Compliance: Champion a safety-first culture and ensure full compliance with food safety and workplace regulations. What Youll Bring Essential Experience Previous exposure in a Team Leader capacity in Warehouse and Distribution function with exposure to all aspects including inventory management, warehouse, distribution and receival of imported products. Strong background in Workplace Health and Safety, with compliance on all safety procedures and safe work practices in the workplace minimising risks to employees, contractors, visitors. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, including training and performance management. A high-level understanding of supply chain management processes and best practice. Desirable Experience Experience with Infor M3 and CHEP software. Forklift License with High Reach forklift experience. Why Join Us?
